What is Zumba?
Zumba is a one hour fitness dance class. I start with a warm up song then I move through about 12-14 routines which vary in intensity and style- meringue, salsa, reggae ton, cumbia, quebradita, calypso, even a little belly dancing and hip hop! Zumba Blends traditional dance steps with basic fitness moves so everyone can participate- it's very easy to follow. I finish with a cool down and stretch to bring the heart rate down and relax the muscles.
