What is Circuit training?

​Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. It's like a game of musical chairs: Everyone moves to the next free station. Alternating aerobic exercises with muscle-strengthening activities to combine strength for muscle toning & cardio for burning fat. If you are interested in taking a circuit training class: What circuit training will do for you is increase your strength and aerobic fitness and burns lots of calories. It can be an intense workout, but its completely adaptable to each individual. Beginners use less weight and perform simpler moves than more experienced exercisers, but everyone gets an awesome workout! If your not coordinated that's ok cause you don't need any in this class. Why is this class for you? Its for Anyone looking for a good sweat to shake out of a training plateau. Circuit training classes are popular among busy people with busy lives & they don't have a lot of time to workout & who want to combine a strength and aerobic routine in one workout to see results quickly. So anyone who wants a really fun and fast-paced workout will like circuit training.
