Mondays - Zumba/ Piyo(Pilates/yoga) Combo Starts July 10th at new location 6-7pm This class is designed with Cardio/Strength/Resistant bands/Ending with a relaxing meditation and so much more.

               Wednesday - outside bike workout 6:30-7:30pm, If the weather isn't nice we will do a circuit training workout at my new location inside which will be designed for any fitness level, it will be set up with Cardio & strength exercises.

Zumba, Piyo Combo info: This class starts off with Zumba then we get our mats and move right into Piyo which combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. Ending the class with a nice relaxing meditation.
