Zumba, Piyo Combo info: This class starts off with Zumba then we get our mats and move right into Piyo which combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. Ending the class with a nice relaxing meditation.

  Mondays Zumba/ Piyo/ Core/  Strength/ Meditation 6:00 to 7:00 PM


  Thursdays Piyo (Pilates/Yoga/Core/Strength/Meditation) 7:00 to 8:00 PM
